UK Shipping

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 3–5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

  1. Delivery Options

    Standard International: 7–14 business days.

    Delivery times may vary by destination and are subject to customs processing delays.

  2. Customs Duties & Taxes
    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid upon delivery.

General Shipping Terms

  1. Order Processing Times
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Undelivered or Lost Packages

    • If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@evertee.co.uk with your order number.
    • Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  3. Incorrect Address

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. Evertee is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

  4. Shipping Restrictions

    • Some items may be subject to additional restrictions or delays due to regional regulations.
