We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not provide pre paid postage labels for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to use our Returns Portal to create an exchange.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Lifetime Guarantee

Evertee’s Lifetime Guarantee applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

To qualify for replacement:

  1. The t-shirt must have been purchased directly from Evertee or an authorised retailer / reseller.
  2. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  3. The damaged product must be returned to Evertee for assessment before a replacement is issued.
  4. Once received and assessed, a replacement will be shipped for £0 + p&p. 

Fair Play Policy
To ensure our replacement policy isn’t abused and remains fair for all customers, replacements are limited to one t shirt per customer per month.

Replacements are offered at Evertee’s discretion and will be for the same size, colour, and style (or a comparable item if unavailable).


Care Instructions

To ensure your Evertee lasts as long as possible:

  1. Wash at a maximum 40°C to minimise wear on fabric and reduce environmental impact.
  2. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  3. Wash inside-out to protect the fabric and print.
  4. Do not tumble dry; air dry flat or hang in a shaded area.
  5. Iron on a low heat setting, avoiding direct contact with any garment decoration.

Failure to follow these care instructions may void your eligibility for replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
